Students for America (SFA) longs to see a day where young conservatives understand how to make a difference in every aspect of culture and life, where those same young people use that knowledge to seize our culture back from the radical left.
Outside of Students for America, no other youth organization offers students stellar trainings, helpful mentors, and a nationwide network of professionals in their fields to show, train, and enable students to take the culture war back on offense for the conservative cause.
The university system was built to teach students how to succeed in various careers. But sadly, that mission has given way to woke ideologies, and the colleges have now become well-funded indoctrination camps.
SFA is here to show America’s next teachers, doctors, architects, and any other careers our students choose to pursue, how they can defend their values once they enter into the workforce.
Not every student will go into politics!
This statement is something that I feel many in the movement have failed to recognize.
My father, who I respect and love dearly, has been a pastor at a church in North Carolina for over 25 years. My older brother has also answered the call to go into ministry and pastors a church in North Carolina. As you might can imagine, I have had a lot of people ask me, "Andrew, when are you going to go into ministry?"
My usual response to that question is that I do not believe that is my calling in life and that I believe that God has other plans for me. I am a firm believer that God has a calling for each of our lives and that you can and should share the Gospel through whatever calling that he has given you; in other words, "you don't have to be a preacher to be a preacher."
Just as you do not have to be a preacher to be a preacher, one does not have to be in the political world in order to fight for conservative values; and that is okay! When I go and speak on college campuses, I like to ask students by a show of hands how many of them are planning to make a career out of politics and I have not once had a majority of students say that they were planning to do so!
The left has done an amazing job at fighting to take over almost every major field and have certainly taken most universities, which trains workers for those fields. We must have a conservative solution to fight back.
That is where Students for America comes in!
Our Mission
Students for America's mission is to identify, motivate, educate, and enable students to promote conservative values during and especially after their time in school.
What Majors are SFA Focusing On?
- Education
Education is where some of the conservative movement's biggest fights have been in recent years. The radical left has always seen education as a means to promoting leftist beliefs and propaganda.
From pre-kindergarten to graduate school, the left dominates public and sometimes even private education. The only way to take back education is to have a "whole body" approach because so much of education is interconnected.
For instance, even if conservatives take back the school boards, they will have only won part of the battle. So much of curriculum is driven by testing. The major testing institutions such as ACT and SAT are currently being dominated by the left. What happens when a school's average test scores go down because the testing institutions have added Critical Race Theory questions to the test?
This is why Students for America is currently developing programs to attack the left's stranglehold on education on every front.
- Business
Recent events have shown just how incredibly important companies can be in influencing culture and government. Whether it is Disney promoting the LGBTQ indoctrination of children or big tech silencing conservatives they disagree with, you do not have to look far to see how critical the fight for business has become.
An added aspect is most institutions are supported directly or indirectly by businesses. This means that if all the biggest businesses continue to push woke messaging, then it will have a domino effect throughout every aspect of American culture.
Businesses also rely on one another. The best example of this is when the social media company Parler refused to ban users for making posts that they disagreed with. This resulted with them being taken offline. Parler was taken offline by Google and by the Apple store. This means that if conservatives hope to take a principled stand against the left, we must build systems of conservative businesses to support one another.
- Medical
There are so many critical issues facing our medical community. Whether it is abortion, forced vaccinations, drug abuse, or so many other topics which are front and center in this field it is so critical that we produce leaders in medicine who can help fight for conservative values.
Our rights of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" are in part protected by our medical professionals. Students for America is working to produce alumni programs for graduating medical professionals to support each other in the fight for our lives!
- Computer Science
With automation on the rise and more and more jobs becoming tech related there is a huge need for conservatives who can work in tech. So many aspects of the movement could benefit from strong conservatives knowing how to code, operate studios, and much more.
Also, it is the big tech companies that have been doing the most to silence conservatives which is why Students for America is dedicated to training students to get jobs in these fields in order to fight back against the left.
